| Under our internal organisation, ALT Asesores consultants are each assigned to one of four areas of expertise: taxation, corporate matters, litigation and real estate. But since experience shows that teamwork is essential to ensure maximum efficiency in the advisory services that we provide, specific teams are created for each area of our practice. To guarantee that our work focuses on clients’ real needs, each such team is made up of consultants whose training and experience satisfy the specialisation and know-how requirements of the sector concerned. As a result, our teams of consultants are structured to meet, among others, the following working standards: Legal and economic expertise in standard areas (corporate matters, litigation and judicial review, taxation, accounting, business administration and finance etc.) Appropriate expertise in the legal specialty required in each case (urban development, corporate law, Basque law, etc.) Broad experience within the specific sector and group of activity concerned. Each team of consultants works under a team leader, who directs and coordinates all its activities. In addition, this consultant is responsible for maintaining close relations with the client, working with him or her to define the matters to be dealt with and resolving all questions in order to ensure that everything goes perfectly. In short, the team leader becomes the client’s personal consultant.
